Product Size & Personalization Guide

Award dimensions and personalization areas vary by product. Review the measurements and options on each product page before ordering, especially when an item will be displayed in a cabinet, presented in a case or combined with an existing collection.

Understanding dimensions

Measurements are generally shown in inches. Trophy height usually includes the full assembled award, while plaque dimensions refer to the backing board. Medal diameter, ribbon width, plate size and gift dimensions may be listed separately. Small manufacturing variations can occur.

Preparing engraving details

Enter names, dates, titles and messages exactly as they should appear. Capitalization, punctuation and abbreviations matter. Shorter text usually allows a larger, more readable layout. If the product supports multiple lines, separate each line clearly and verify every recipient before submission.

Logos and artwork

When a product accepts a logo, a clean vector file is preferred. High-resolution artwork with strong contrast may also be suitable. Very small text, screenshots and low-resolution images may not reproduce clearly. Our team may contact you if artwork needs clarification or adjustment.
