Website use

You may use the website for lawful shopping and information. You may not interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misrepresent your identity or use content in violation of intellectual-property rights.

Product information and orders

We work to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, images, personalization choices, availability and prices. We may correct errors or cancel an affected order. An order is an offer to purchase and may be declined for availability, pricing, payment, fraud, production, shipping or other legitimate reasons.

Personalization

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted names, dates, wording, quantities and artwork. Product images are representative; material, finish, engraving placement and color can vary slightly. Once personalized production begins, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

Payment and delivery

Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method and that billing, shipping and contact details are accurate. Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control may affect timing. Shipping and return terms displayed elsewhere on the website are incorporated into these terms.

Intellectual property and limitation

The website design, original text, graphics and brand materials are owned by Trophy House or used with permission. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or products. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
